fear!!
It's not the transgender people that concern me. It's the sexual predator using this new law as an excuse to be somehere he or she should not be.
Common sense.
Why would bathroom laws matter to sexual predators? How much sexual predatoring happens in bathrooms? It's where people pee and poop.
Daaaaamn ph back at it again with the white vans.

True, but the law doesn't just apply to transsexuals who have undergone hormone treatment. It allows all men to be able to use women bathrooms. If someone clearly doesn't belong in the girls bathroom nobody can say anything about it because it's impossible to know if he mentally associates with a women or not.how is it common sense?
a transgendered person born with a vagina who has undergone hormone treatment and now looks like a man should use the woman's bathroom? common sense?

If there was a way to limit the use of opposite sex bathrooms between only to people who identify as transgender I'd be cool with it, unfortunately that's impossible.
Transgendered people made a lifestyle choice and should have considered feeling awkward in the bathroom before they did so. It's not societies responsibility to give up personal safeties because other people made a lifestyle decision.
"Transgender people made a lifestyle choice." As if it's something easy that society welcomes.
Just like religion? Should we allow people to discriminate based on that choice too?People are born gay. Putting on a dress, wearing make up, and taking medication is a lifestyle choice.
