Christian Laettner owes more than $14 million, might face bankruptcy

It could have been different. He could've secured his future, but nooooo, he wanted to play for a fucking vampire
 
He so good at bankruptcy that maybe he could become Trump's VP.

He might have to suit up for one final season to make that $14mil... Maybe the Bulls or Knicks would be interested, given they both seem to be trying to make a run at the ~2005 NBA Finals.
 
He was just not a likeable fellow. I saw him at a local well-known eatery in Durham during his earlier NBA days. He was in shorts and had his feet propped up on the table like he owned the joint. He would not and did not make a good first impression.
 
He's one of about 6-8 people I've known, or known of, who made a boatload of money and then charged headlong into the development business when times were good. Everybody with $ seems to think it's easy...it's not.
