Role of the Media

Well then, Captain, where in this great cosmos of news do you get yours? Perhaps you teleport from one news event to the next minority report? Tell us how you have become omniscient? Was it your orbit of Slate, or maybe Vox?

I get it from you and Moonz, friend

Georgia is going to get really close to losing Hollywood if they keep up these BS laws.

I don’t think you two looked at the picture.

LOL. Neither Rich Lowry, or Hugh Hewitt, or any of these other conservatives are "journalists" in the traditional sense of the term. The days of John Chancellor, Walter Cronkite, David Brinkley, and even Peter Jennings and Tom Brokaw are long gone. These guys are nothing but right-wing propagandists pushing an agenda, 24/7. Of course they have Barr's back, it's what they're paid for.

If the Media goads Trump into a war with Iran then fuck us all. Trump is a mad man, let’s not bait him into a fucking war.

Shouldn’t the responsibility lie with the president of the USA for starting wars?

And people dumbly think all media is left leaning

CNN and MSNBC are less about pushing liberal propaganda than they are in pushing sensationalism, ratings, and website hits, irregardless of political ideology. They only look "liberal" when compared to Fox News, which isn't even a news organization in the conventional sense of the term, but a 24/7 propaganda arm of the Trumpite Republican Party. Even the NY Times, which is pretty liberal on its editorial page, still pursues a lot of bosiding in its other sections and articles. However, since most conservatives regard any news outlet as "liberal" that's even slightly to the left of Fox News, Breitbart, and One America, or that is even mildly critical of Trump and other Republicans, they persist in seeing all nearly all mainstream news media as the enemy, and you'll never convince them otherwise.

Yeah but the NYT editorial page is also the home of Brooks, Weiss and Stephens, among others
