i answered 'orgasm' first, but then switched to 'boobs' because I figured none of the board guys were going to want to admit they know women occasionally fake orgasms.
i suppose for some people it could be material object-related (purse, sunglasses, dress, etc) but since I don't really care about that stuff it doesn't cross my mind as being a huge deal.

I almost put boobs, but switched to orgasm since guys always seem to think most boobs are real. ;)
