Man they pretty much always have the longest waits. I was always just prepared for the "give them your number and get a pint or two down the hall" move.

Charlottesville has some good restaurants but it certainly isn't the best food town I have ever lived in.
 
Rubbins, any good hiking and camping down Mexico way? 2-3 day hiking trip, the closer to Mexico City the better.
