Westworld: Season 2 starts 4/22

The acting in that last scene was just awesome. Hopkins and Wright - master classes.

Great ep. Didn't expect the Wright disclosure so soon, but it makes sense if they're going to rebel against their masters.

So are we thinking Ford was building the replacement for Teresa in that room? If that's the case, then there is no telling how many hosts he has working in plain sight. Easy to see how that could back fire if Maeve starts tuning up the intelligence for each of them. Although, she would have to have some sort of moral epiphany that changes her goal from just her getting out, to freeing all of the hosts. Or maybe not a moral epiphany, but just a realization that she can't do it alone. Finally, I wonder if even a super intelligent host is capable of killing Ford. It would seem Ford has to go at the end of this season, but in the scheme of a host uprising, I haven't quite figured out how they're going to get it done.

That's my thought. That or the gal who was off discovering stuff in the last episode and disappeared.

Couldn't Arnold just reprogram any of them to do it?

My only problem with the last episode was the never ending train ride. Seems awfully long for the size of the park.

why do you think this?

why do you think this?

Pure conjecture based on character traits. I say it with only about 60% confidence, but the only role I can think that the ultimate oppressor would play in the revolution would be leader, and that usually doesn't work out. This is all based on the assumption that the host revolt is inevitable, and that the hosts will win. Of course, this is why certain people get paid to be more creative than me.

Ford said that all he ever wanted to do was tell his stories, but I think that's just what he tells himself to deny that he loves playing God. That sort of character usually doesn't survive/win in the long run.

So taking the role as this Maeve chic is basically equating yourself to an aging soft porn star.

NTTAWWT !

Her bush-bot looked like a Brillo pad.
