My opinions are- We definitely strike back including embarrassing Putin personally. He doesn't give a shit about Russian people. He only cares about himself. Freeze some of his billions or show them to the Russian people.

I'm not sure how much.

Yes, he should give an Oval Office speech before the election. The election is the reason it's happening now.

every spy agency around the world, including all of ours, is hacking everybody they can that is of any intelligence value and probably a lot that are of questionable value, get used to it, or get off the net and throw away your mobile phone
