Damn, went to 3 this year.

I can vouch for Blue Hill at Stone Barns as best restaurant in America. Went there on the tail end of my honeymoon. No meal I've ever had comes close to touching it.

Also went to three of those this past year, but I really take Eater with a grain of salt. It's a decent place to start out when looking in a new city, but it defs gets caught up in trends/fads.

The Charleston edition does a good job. FIG is a no brainer recommendation. Reserve a month in advance!

Ah, I was just trying to remember the name of Kachka earlier today! Good timing.

Is Momofuko Noodle Bar any better than Ippudo?

Publican is amazing. One of the few things I miss about Chicago.

Pooles is wildly overrated IMO. Trying so hard to be hipster / retro...

Interesting question...could an argument be made for anything in ATL to be the best in the world? I submit defs no. Best losing argument, maybe post gangsta rap scene from late 90s to 2000? Still p lame. Coke is good but you can get that anywhere.
