What is this thing about needing something best in the world, or the USA? What's best about Philly? A sandwich? Bad fans? Who cares? If you like a city or town, go to it, if you don't, stay away. Pretty damn simple. The people living in Atlanta or Philly or wherever don't care about needing to be on a list.
