His "Silent Majority" couldn't win a majority - or even a plurality - of the popular vote in 2016. In fact, the GOP has won the national popular vote only once in the past seven presidential elections. They're not a Silent Majority, they're just a Loud Minority.
 
What's the over/under of when Bolton's book gets out?

It's SOP for publishing houses to send reviewers, newspapers, TV stations, etc., galleys or even copies of the book pre-publishing date to help pimp their product. I have no doubt there are copies floating around outlets across the country as the rollout date was next week.

Someone is going to "leak" salacious parts of it. They could even be prompted by the publisher. The only question is when.

The reality is Trump should want it out today not in two or three months. If it's out in the next month, it will be mostly forgotten by election day.
