In fairness, Republican rubes were yelling "if you don't like it, you can get out" to any liberal who complained about the wars in the middle east in the aftermath of 9/11. But there is quite clearly a reason that Trump was singling out these particular women-and not, say, Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren. The statement was explicitly nativist and racist by any reasonable inference.
