Bracketology 2017

St bonaventure hit a 3 for the lead with 0.4 seconds left and the fans thought the game was over , stormed the floor and got a t for st. Bonnie. VCU hits the ft, puts it into ot and wins in OT.

A few bubble-relevant games before the Super Bowl -

Clemson (13-8, 3-6, RPI 44) at Florida State
Indiana (15-8, 5-5, RPI 76) at Wisconsin
Cal (16-6, 7-3, RPI 46) vs. Colorado

The ref did have VCU -1.

Wake may not have any RPI Top 50 wins but we do have two Top 53 wins. Charleston and Miami climbing in the rankings after wins yesterday

Not sure how Palm has Clemson as a 9 seed right now and Wake in first four out. There's not that big of a gap btwn them.

We need to win the revenge game @Clemson. Do that and take care of business at home, and we are win.

clemson is looking swell today vs F$U. Only down by 26 at halftime. I think they are definitely deserving of a 9 seed

If Clemson doesn't beat red-hot 'cuse at home on Tues I could see them going in the tank. @ Duke after that before they then host us

Clemson down 35 to F$U...yep, Clemson is a tourney team.

"Alternate facts" could still get them in.

Yesterday's bubble results -

Clemson - annihilated by Florida State. A lot of "bracketologists" still have Clemson in the field, which is a little perplexing. They've lost 7 of 9, and Tuesday's game against Syracuse is pretty close to a must-win.

Indiana - lost a close one at Wisconsin. Doesn't hurt their tourney chances, but they've lost three of their last four. Hoosiers can right the ship with a solid win against Purdue on Thursday.

Cal - blew a big lead against Colorado but still won by 11. They'll be tested with three straight road games and then a home date against Oregon over the next two weeks.

Only bubble game of note today is Kansas State at home against Kansas. K-State just beat Baylor on the road, and should solidly be in the tourney. They have no losses outside the top 50, two wins against the top 10 (West Virginia, Baylor), and another top 25 win (Oklahoma State).

Also a good ACC matchup between #6 Louisville and #9 Virginia. Winner will be 8-3 in the ACC and join Florida State in a tie for 2nd in the conference behind UNC.
