I don’t understand what you don’t understand. The only reported injuries I’ve seen are concussions and TBI. Are there other types of injuries or only concussion and TBI?
 
So did Iran use some special concussion missiles or something? Nobody suffered injuries to any part of their body except 64 people whose brains were impacted.
 
Blast waves can reach you in places where shrapnel can't. Makes sense if they had all taken cover.
 
This administration loves to tell whatever side of the story fits their needs at the time. The quality of a trustworthy individual.
