Kind of a funny way to put it. In our best season ever we played our bowl game in Miami in Miami’s home stadium. Our best case is to do what he would do 20+ times if he flipped to the Canes.
 
Anthony Manning transferring. Probably knows how good Groulx is and that he’ll be Dortch’s successor
 
Anthony was originally a grey shirt but a slot opened up for him. We also had one other slot receiver, Isaiah Isaac, in last year's class so we should be fine.
 
WR is not one of my major concerns. It's a strength.

Guess some folks have never had fathers who lived and worked as independent contractors. Must be very difficult to relate to that for some.

Lee Kpogba, a W-S (Parkland) LB, just committed to 'Cuse. He's #374 in the country (#20 OLB) who didn't get a Wake offer.

Could be a lot of reasons. If there were not insurmountable barriers of one kind or another, we would have offered and recruited him. Our staff is not that lazy or incompetent. I think the no offer is telling.

Usually a local kid that highly rated wouldn't end up at a place like 'Cuse. He must have been talking to Moe.

Surprised he wasn't switched back to DB. All but his Sr year in HS he was a DB. Maybe he was asked to do that and the transfer is his answer.

Pretty sure he was a WVU commit for a while. There is something going on there as I don’t think going to Cuse is his first choice....0
 
Don't see it mentioned on her but Jeremiah Gray broke his tibia and had surgery this week. It was on twitter. Best wishes to him an his family
 
Donavon Greene scored 3 long TD’s, including a 95 yard pick 6, in a 50-20 MA second round playoff win over Swain County.
 
With the greatly expanded number of bowl bids now, the minimum standard of success is a bowl game invitation.
Regardless, WF’s success in November 2018 really has solidified the upward trajectory of the program for at least the next couple of years. Talented high school OLmen and DLmen should seriously consider WF to maximize their playing time opportunities at a school with plenty of talent at the skill positions.
Exhibit A: Mike Allen. One day he will be a high NFL draft pick because he is playing at WF, not riding the pine. But riding the pine and playing behind everyone else at an Auburn or a Miami would have gotten him very little PT to show his talent to scouts.
