Ditching Human Rights in Foreign Policy

Seems like the definitely of unalienable rights for this country is partially enshrined in the Constitution. The Declaration of Independence used the term. Years later the Constitution clarified it. Unalienable rights are the rights that were established in the Constitution.

It’s pretty clear whose rights are unalienable and whose aren’t. You don’t say “unalienable rights” and “We the people” and then spent the next 200+ years gradually clarifying the rights of people who already had them.
