John Collins, Hawks (10.5 ppg/7.3 rpg/1.08 bpg/57.6 FG%): Collins set a franchise rookie record for field goal percentage and became the sixth rookie in Hawks history to average at least 10.0 points and 7.0 rebounds.

Pretty sure he played fewer minutes and had fewer starts than any other player on the All-Rookie teams.

Which makes no sense given the Hawks were out of it from Game 1 on.
 
saw JC play in Indianapolis in the last couple weeks of the season and it was just dumbfounding that he didn't get more run
 
He got plenty of run but they never ran any plays for him. He'd set the screen on PNR and if he didnt immediately get the ball the only time he'd get the ball again was on a rebound.
