College basketball bribery scandal

Bill Self essentially telling the NCAA to F-themselves in the latest KS Basketball video. He is not hiding behind his connection to Adidas...

That is awesome! Maybe Manning can get Stevie Wonder to perform at Wake.

Another shoe drops. OK State gets NCAA Notice of Violations for their assistant coach getting caught by FBI in the Adidas mess.

Has any shoe really dropped? Bill Self, Sean Miller, Will Wade are all still coaching the same teams without a worry.

And yet they just picked up another commit from a decent recruit (who Wake offered this week).

So at this point, it just seems like the NCAA is going to do absolutely nothing about any of this. Play it off on unknown assistant coaches and let it fade out quietly. Unreal.

Add South Carolina to the list. They have been sent NCAA of a Notice of Violation. Level 1.

School number 6.

Somewhat related to the title topic, Michael Avenatti convicted on all counts in his attempt to extort Nike.

No shit, Sherlock.

But some are more obviously sleazy than others. You'd think a guy with "Gross" in his screen name would know that.

There are no virgins in college basketball. But there are plenty of whores.

Self isn’t falling on any swords, trust me. The guy is a grade A asshole and seriously thinks that there was no wrongdoing within his program. Which is incredible considering what has been made public recently.

And Kansas makes it official. Taking the u*NC approach to the NCAA.

One of their other recruits had some crystal balls for VT at one time. Maybe he'd like to play a little farther east and south in The Dash.

Add Arizona to the list of schools receiving Notice of Violations from the NCAA for paying players.

Arizona self imposes one year post season ban for the five level 1 violations.
