The religious right's hypocrisy now on full display

Trumpite Evangelical preacher tweets that the coronavirus is maybe a prelude to The Rapture! Claims he's ready to go "home" and to be "socially distanced from this World." I've also seen an uptick in Rapture/End Times posts on facebook since this became a major crisis and stocks started plummeting. It's happening, folks!

anyone that says that they know 'why' "God" does anything is a conman and needs some old testament punishment...stoning.
 
The good Rev. Jim Bakker tells his viewers that, because credit card processing companies have cut off his ministry, his network will be "totally financially broke" within two weeks unless his viewers donate large sums of money soon. I guess selling that snake oil cure for coronavirus - and the subsequent lawsuits - didn't work out so well.
 
Good for the cc companies. Shame on DOJ and state attorneys general for not shutting his ass down and putting him in jail.

You know it's bad if the credit card companies are the last line of defense for consumers.

Falwell basically saying that liberals are going to hell is rich, given his own behavior, public and private. No doubt just another bit of verbal red meat to be thrown to his (and Trump's) base.
