The religious right's hypocrisy now on full display

I love how media are reporting that the lawyer paid her as if he did it of his own volition with his own money.

So that the last two 2016 GOP nominees left standing have had porn issues. Is Kasich next?

He’s also helping to change the definition of a “Christian” with people like this shitbird.

So essentially, what kind of person you are doesn't matter as long as you're useful?

Good life lesson. Jesus agrees.

All Christians are evil!

Pro-life judges.

That’s the list.

If the GOP does manage to pack the Supreme Court to the point that Roe v. Wade is overturned, one wonders what the Religious Right would do for major issue. I don't think anything else will gin up their base as the "pro-life" movement has. I also think that overturning Roe v. Wade would be a huge mistake for the GOP, as it would cause a massive and lasting backlash from urban and suburban America, including many younger GOP women.

Conservative politicians don’t give a shit about any of those issues. They use them to trick the rubes and remain in power, that’s why they have such trouble passing anything when in complete control, the reality is that outside of more money for the rich they don’t want to implement any core talking points in fear of taking them out of the equation.

13th, 14th, 15th, and 19th amendments are ITCHING to be repealed.

Roe v Wade ain’t going anywhere ladies. That’s a load of crap.

However partial birth abortion is out. Get used to it and stop whining.

Partial-birth abortion could have been outlawed well over a decade ago if the pro-life lobby and 'pubs hadn't refused to provide an exception for the health of the mother.

Roe v Wade will NEVER be overturned. NEVER.

If one or two more liberal or moderate justices retire in the next few years and Trump gets to appoint more right-wingers like Gorsuch, I think Roe v. Wade may very well be in more danger than most people think. It's the main thing the Religious Right - Trump's base - cares about, and if you add another one or two right-wing Justices on abortion there will be enormous pressure from Trump's base to take action and overturn it. The key is for that extra judge or two to not be added to the Court.
