ITT: Too many people (and reporters) not understanding the difference between "there was insufficient evidence to establish..." and "COMPLETE EXONERATION!!!111!!11"

It's why in our criminal justice system the defendant is found "not guilty" rather than "innocent."

What are we supposed to be listening for? Was he supposed to handle that differently? He basically listened to their statement and then said he was going to refer it to investigators. What am I missing?
 
Although people keep talking about the "300+ page Mueller Report", that's just the "report". That number does not include exhibits, evidence and other testimony. There's likely well over 1000 pages in the entire document package.

This guy watched the media report all week like his memo was interchangeable with the report and then, on a Friday afternoon, he releases a letter stating that the memo is not a summary of the report.

What a hack job.
