ESPN and Fox Sports Regional channels merging an issue?

Comcast tried to buy Disney awhile back.
 
Big issue in antitrust seems to be combining content provider with delivery service (Comcast+Disney) vs combining two content providers (Disney+most of Fox)

If I read it correctly, they are only able to show games on in your area. With the exception of Monday Night and NFL network games (almost all of the Thursday night games are also on NBC or CBS), you can get those for free with an antenna. I guess it’s good if you want to watch on your device when you are outside the house. It wouldn’t be enough to make me switch providers. Every game? You bet.
 
Supposedly the Verizon streaming was not going to be limited to Verizon customers.
