Bullshit Fox News Says

They both also mislead their electorate about how much money their family makes in order to make their accomplishments look better.

Both Trump and AOC also have the same understanding of economics as the average poster on the Tunnels Left or a 3rd grader.

Other than your total understanding of economics, business, projecting future trends and so much more.

I get targeting Clinton or Pelosi, but I think fox is making a big mistake with AOC. She's hot.

True, but I hate how she always dresses like a middle aged white women. Those grandma glasses kill me, just embrace the hawtness and dress like a 28 year old, not like Nancy pelosi.

ITT: Catamount disparages AOC's childhood, says she has lied about her upbringing, misrepresents her policy positions, then criticizes her for not dressing attractively enough.

Glad to know we are ending 2018 in pretty much the same way we started it.

The latest from Tucker Carlson: A "mob of angry children" has taken over the House and the nation, and is fighting to "destroy creativity" and the "American Dream" itself via oppressive policies:

"This is very common. If you’re wondering how we wound up in the dark age we’re currently living through right now, this is how. This is why important science is no longer being done. It’s why art isn’t being made. This is why comedy is dying. It’s why people aren’t thinking for themselves anymore, which means the end of creativity.

It’s why the rest of us stand by like cowards as the innocent are punished for crimes they didn’t commit. Because we’re all terrified. We’re terrified of being denounced by some mindless ideologue on TV or shamed and ostracized on social media for stepping out of line. Or silenced completely by a big tech firm...A mob of angry children is suddenly in charge of the country. These aren’t people seeking a revolution. They’re fighting for the status quo to protect their own status. They’re drunk on power and looking for new people to hurt. Someday, we’re going to look back on this moment with shame and horror."

Even better, in the same column Tucker blames the failure of American families - wait for it - on the fact that men don't make as much money as they used to, so women won't marry them anymore, so our family system is falling apart. Although Tucker's incoherent rant rambles all over the place, I'm guessing he wants us to believe that the "angry children" now taking over the country are the result of women refusing to marry men because they don't make real money like they used to.

"So the question is why is that happening? There are lots of reasons, but a major driver of family collapse, the one nobody ever talks about for some reason, is simple economics.

We explained it Wednesday night, when I said the following: "Study after study has shown that when men make less than women, women generally don't want to marry them. Now maybe they should want to marry them but they don't. Over big populations, this causes a drop in marriage, a spike in out-of-wedlock births and all the familiar disasters that inevitably follow. More drug and alcohol abuse, higher incarceration rates, fewer families formed to the next generation." Damned Millennials!

The world is changing and you can just watch it go around and watch it go by( I mean you can but if you don't adapt you get left behind).

Get used to it!

Well he’s right about angry children who want to keep the status quo and stop science, art, and comedy. But he’s one of the angry children.

And he has the basics right about women not marrying men who make less than them. It’s just bigger than that. Women have more options in life than marriage so they’re getting married later and marrying guys who actually offer something (education, good job, not shitty), or of course marrying each other. Technology plays a role here too. Women don’t have to marry the best guy they can find where they live. The whole world is at their disposal.

Tucker is worried about shitty white guys who can only get by if women and minorities are oppressed because that’s the GOP base.

that is pretty rich coming from the Anti-Education party. Tucker is terrible, but he reaches the idiots for some reason.

Indeed. They do project almost everything they are onto liberals.

I've also read some twitter posts this morning arguing that what Tucker was trying to do in that rambling article was to blame women (the "angry mob of children") for the perceived decline of white men. It would fit his regular narrative. "Mindless ideologue on TV" indeed.

(The GOP has been trying to cut the arts and STEM research for literal decades)

(The "children" are doing everything in their power to overthrow the status quo, the GOP is the party stuck in the past trying to maintain white male privilege)

(My girlfriend will be making roughly $40-50K more than me in 2019, and that is the best thing that has ever happened to us. Also we will likely be getting married in 2020, so fuck off Tucker Carlson. Just because women didn't like you or your racist buddies until you got on TV doesn't mean that's the experience for the rest of the country)

And as always, fuck Tucker Carlson.

Good stuff here. At best this Angry Mob of Children now “running the country” controls one half of one third of the federal government and their leader is just shy of 80 years old. They’ve only been in charge of that 1/6 of the government for about 24 hours, how could they possibly have had such a huge negative impact on Science, art, American creativity and The American Dream? According to this article the average age of Democratic Congressional representatives is somewhere around 53 years old, 4 years older than Tucker himself and Paul Ryan, the out going presumably adult speaker is 48, one year younger than Tucker. Tucker is a moron.

In the GOP's eyes, the Democrats have controlled all facets of America since Obama was elected, and only through the sheer brilliance of a couple of noble patriots has the GOP been able to stem the tide of hedonism and anarchy that the Democrats threaten to bring to our shores.
