I must be a bad parent cause I’ve said at times “clean up this god damn room, basement, etc. we domby live
In a shithole!”

Cleaning bathrooms after teenagers and their
Buddies for years can kinda get to ya. Lotsa missed shots.

Speaking of Missed shots. I hate
duke. Now that’s a shithole
.

This is your best, and most coherent, post, ever.

See we do have something in
Common!

Hope your family trip
Went well. Sincerely.

And the pizza is NY is better than the south. I’ll bet you
Agree. Happy New Year!

Pizza any where in Murcia is better than in a shithole like Haiti, probably.

Hmm, so the most powerful economic force the world has ever known, mere miles offshore from Haiti, could do nothing to improve its shitholery? An economy that spent trillions of dollars around the world on human improvement was powerless over this shithole? Fascinating

this is one of the more egregious non sequiturs i've read here. Good work

Lol you said that Haiti was a shithole basically by its own failures separate of the United States’ intervention (or lack of).

I just surmised from that bit of knowledge you bestowed upon us that it is fascinating that the US with its economic might was unable, through altruistic intervention or strategic, to un-shithole a tiny nation of good people right off her shores. After all, she has done light years more for nations around the world since WWII and spent trillions on much more difficult adventures, no?

more self flagellation, you're good at this, kinda kinky but you lefties are good at this

Sen. Perdue went on This Morning with George S. to say Trump never said "shitholes" and repeated this assertion multiple times.

I wonder how many nights with Stormy Daniels Perdue got for telling this lie.

I saw that, too. David Perdue is an empty suit. Michelle Nunn was a significantly better senate candidate.

Rich Lowry, editor of the National Review, said later on This Week that his sources told him that Trump said "shithouses", not "shitholes", at the meeting, but grudgingly admitted that it was not really a difference. Perdue really went out on a limb with this one; I guess he's calculating that his base doesn't care if he lies about this (he's probably right). Like most of the conservatives I saw on the news shows this morning, Lowry also went on to defend Trump's immigration statements and ideas, but he did catch some heat from another guest panelist who happened to be Haitian American. That was interesting.

I’ve never heard anybody refer to a place as a shithouse, not even an outhouse.

Perdue has until to 2020 to run again and is now loved by POTUS. He didn't go out on a limb at all.

With a 40+ year history of being convicted of discrimination and making continuing racist remarks, no honest person can deny that Trump is a racist.

It would be one thing if someone made a single racist statement and then apologized, but there are at dozens of examples of Trump saying and acting racist.

Yeah, I'm not even sure Lowry believed it himself, he seemed rather uncomfortable discussing the whole incident. However, he's gung ho on immigration reform, and I've seen him enthusiastically discuss it as a guest panelist on This Week, Meet the Press, etc. several times. What was funny today was watching him being forced to respond to Trump's blunt statements about taking more immigrants from places like Norway, and less from places that happen to have people with darker skin. The Haitian American panelist (a former Obama adviser, don't remember the name) gave an eloquent little talk about the history of immigration, and used George Stephanopoulos' Greek American immigrant forbears as examples of people who came from what was then a "shithole" country and achieved the American dream. Lowry responded with his views, but clearly was uncomfortable with the debate being discussed on those terms.

ETA: Lowry did say that he thought the whole controversy over Trump's remarks was "hysterical" and overblown, and it was frustrating that no one really seemed to call him out on it. I've seen that happen several times on these shows - conservatives say that an offensive, racist, or crass statement or tweet from Trump should more or less be ignored, yet no one points out that if President Obama (or Hillary, if she had been elected) had said or tweeted similarly offensive stuff directed at Republicans or conservatives in a crass or crude manner, the GOP and Fox News would literally have lost their minds. Imagine the GOP/Fox reaction to Obama tweeting the opposite on immigration - more people from darker-skinned parts of the world, fewer from Europe. My God.

Maybe some people Can say shithole Without
Being a racist.

Like the N word. I can’t say it (nor would I)
But people of color can.

On
The other hand,
Maybe dick Durbin was offended. He’s a
Very sensitive person. He may have
Haitian origins.

Maybe he could if he hadn't:

been found guilty of housing discrimination based on race
assessed the largest fine in AC casino history for employment discrimination based on race, ethnicity and gender
Said the Central Park 5 should be executed. Then when they were completely exonerated say they should be kept in jail
Started his campaign by calling Mexicans drug dealers, rapists and murderers
Called for a ban on all Muslims entering America
Said an American born, W appointed federal judge couldn't be fair to Trump due to his parents' homeland
Said all Haitians have AIDS
Said Nigerians wouldn't go back to "living in their huts"
Said there were many fine white supremacists, KKKers and alt-right people who were shouting "white power", "Jews will not replace us" and "Sieg Heil"

There are many more, but you are saying it's OK for Trump to say those lands are "shitholes" and want more Norwegians than Africans/Caribbeans to come to America.

You wonder why you catch shit. Trying to defend what a person with 40+ of proven racism says is why.

I ain’t defending nobody Karllllllllll.

He’s the god damn president now. Too late for the tabloids. Trumps been front page tabloids before you people were born. This shit ain’t new. Get the bastard on whatever matters like RUSSIAN COLLUSION.

Don’t hate on people who had their reasons to vote the way they did.

I’m talking to the god squad here on OG. Holy cow do you read your own stuff you all write?

There are no reasons to vote for a racist, pervert, thief, agent for a foreign government.

It’s like the republicans don’t want to accept that their new base (they were always the base just not open about it) are racist shitbags.
