Trump Pays Porn Stars Hush Money

It would be very fitting if Tom Arnold was the one who brought down Trump, but there isn't a universe where I see that happening.

Was there a universe 10 years ago in which you believed Donald Trump would be President? We were nearing the end of Bush's term, Obama and McCain were locked in a heated but courteous battle. McCain had unleashed Palin. But Donald Trump as President? That wasn't on the radar.

And now I'm depressed thinking about where we might be 10 years from now.

i honestly would never have thought anyone would have voted for trump 10 years ago. still shocked
 
Ten years ago people thought Palin dragged down McCain. Now it looks like it was the other way around. I think Palin would have beaten Hillary in 2008. Palin had the mix of credentials and crazy the GOP was craving.
 
Palins problem was she was unable to bullshit on the spot. She spewed plenty of bullshit on the campaign, but whenever someone asked her a question , she was like a deer in headlights. If she had a little of the all bullshit all the time factor that trump excels at, then she might have been a really spectacularly awful president .

Yeah, Trump is on another total level. He is like 20 times the bullshitter that Palin is/was. Palin is just nutty. Trump is a conniving con man.
 
If Palin had answered Katie Couric’s question, “I can tell you I don’t read the FAILING New York Times” it would have killed.

Palin might have beaten Hillary, but there's no way she would have beaten Obama, not in 2008. Given that the country was coming off eight years of Dubya, that his approval ratings were well under 50%, and that the economy was tanking that November, I think even Hillary might well have beaten her that year. Palin would have had a better shot in 2012, especially if Hillary had been her Democratic opponent that year.
 
No thanks. Can we make it very clear that in the event Cohen and Bannon turn on Trump that it does not mean they are on the Democrat's side. Do not want.

Also, let's not pretend that Cohen is doing any of this for any other reason than to save his own ass.
