Despite us finally going inside, 'cuse has been in the bonus since 13 min.
 
That 3-2 zone kept us too far away from the basket for a decent shot. Need to penetrate inside. I know this is obvious ...
 
WIlbekin and Crawford pass it back and forth, rest of team watches and does nothing then Crawford jacks a way off three. This is our year
 
Crawford had a clean bounce pass look to Key at the high post on that last Offensive set and didn't even consider it.
 
It's really strange to finally have a lot of players that can seemingly score on their own/create their own shot, but not be able to score because of a lack of team play.
 
How hard is it to defend 3 guys?! They only have 3 offensive weapons and the same guys keep scoring. Especially Battle, you know he is trying to score every time. Send a help defender off their 2 non-weapons.
 
if your gonna be effective against this zone, the ball has to get to the guy at the foul line. then gives you options to dump it low or to wing shooters. passing the ball around the perimeter will get nothing.
 
Hey, a real positive is that we have 10 assists on 12 made shots. So when we actually make a shot, somebody made a pass.
 
That 3 is nice, but ultimately it's what Boeheim wants you to try. The odds are ever in his favor

We don't have bigs that can pass, so we keep having to put guards there. Sarr/Dinos is the ideal type of player to have there (good shooters from mid range) but for whatever reason, we do not teach passing to anyone. As I mentioned earlier, everyone just seems to be playing their own, individual game.
