Really,any true progressive has known of the Oligopoly for years. You can find sources from McLuhand to Chomsky and Hermann and Neil Postman. You can find it in the works of Michael Parenti to Jerry Mander (Kill your tv)

The fact that The NY Times and Wapo are “agenda setting presses” has been known since Hermann put out Manufacturing Consent - probably better recognized as the Canadian doc featuring Noam Chomsky.

The most recent and laughable cue many of us picked was the ubiquitous usage of the term “Cherry-picking” in reference to Nunes’ memo. But mostly it’s about burying storylines,sins of ommision and hiding behind a cloak of never ending anonymous sources.
