Also, as the alcohol=cancer argument makes clear, booze isn't really a thing in Utah.

Nothing hip or hipster-ish about Tampa outside the Seminole Heights neighborhood, which is relatively small.

St. Petersburg FL should actually be on the list. It's no longer God's Waiting Room.
