Bruno Sammartino has died at 82. He was a true super-star and was the cornerstone of Vince McMahon, Sr's WWF. It seems like he the champion for my entire youth. Events at MSG, the Philadelphia Arena and other places seemed to sell out every time he wrestled.

Condolences to his family and friends. He was a great one in the early days of pro wrestling. RIP.

Man this has been a rough week with multiple well known people dying.
 
Weird that a wrestling thread has been moved from sports.

I will say this, I loved this dude in The Princess Bride. He will be missed. RIP.
