George Washington University constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley agreed: “If the operation with Deripaska contravened federal law, this figure could be viewed as a potential embarrassment for Mueller. The question is whether he could implicate Mueller in an impropriety.”

Now that sources have unmasked the Deripaska story, time will tell whether the courts, Justice, Congress or a defendant formally questions if Mueller is conflicted.

No, Trump is Putin's puppet because Putin's boys laundered tons of money through Trump properties, loaned Trump Toronto over $150M through VSB AFTER the property BKed, had a Putin flunky paid $95M for a Trump property that was listed for $55M and had ZERO offers.

If we had a Congress that cared about the Constitution, Trump would have been impeached already and if not then, for the obvious emolument breach of XTE and China's GIFT/loan of $500M to a Trump property.

I love the Hill...don't get me wrong. They are top notch in terms of breaking political news.

But their opinion pieces and "guest authors"...hoo boy.
