I love this. Somehow we need to restore the concept of citizenship while making sure we get what we pay for in taxes.

 
Homan is a grade A prick and appears to be a racist neanderthal, but why make such a spectacle about the amount of time he is speaking. Seems fucked up to bring someone before you to answer for injustice and then call time on them mid answer.

Also, let him keep rambling. Seems nobody in this admin past or present knows how to keep their mouth shut.
