Putin-Trump Treason Summit

I have no more words. I just have no idea how anyone can still support Trump.

Again, are these people not familiar with the man they work for? Or are they just leaking "look, we tried" once again in an attempt to save their own reputations?

Serious question - what was the stated purpose of the meeting? been off work for a few days and spending time with family and not really online, except when shitting, for the most part. I don’t recall what Trumps (albeit made up) purpose was for meeting Putin.

A photo op and a friendship with Putin? It seems he's mad it took this long.

Probably nobody. Why would today change your mind if everything else hadn’t?

If I was Coats, I would resign after Trump just said to the world that he believes Putin over US Intelligence.

There is also a fair amount of chatter from journalists and strategists with off the record comments about how much of a disaster today was.

But you bring up a good point...and I'm certainly not holding my breath waiting to see who if anyone resigns.

I'm sure we'll be on to the NFL controversy du jour by tomorrow afternoon.

Out, out, brief candle!
Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.

Probably true but it’s just weigh station on our way to the bottom since we’re still not there yet.

You’d think Wake fans would be better at judging rockbottom.

Meanwhile moonz is singing the praises of Orange Bz.

But her emails... or uranium one... or Clinton Foundation... Or some other contrived bullshit.

Hillary was a terrible candidate. She isn’t to blame but the democrats could have helped us out by nominating someone palatable to principled conservatives. When it comes down to A self proclaimed socialist and Hillary you need to look inward as well.

“Hillary isn’t to blame. It’s you Dems who are to blame for not nominating a Republican over Democrats after we nominated Trump over 16 Republicans in the primary.”

Gotcha Wrangor.

Damn. General Ralph Peters (also former Fox News analyst fwiw) is visibly shaken on Anderson Cooper right now.

She was a terrible candidate because her personality is salty and people dont take a shine to her. But that’s it.

Otherwise she is intelligent, well-informed on the issues, tough, hard-working, and decisive. And as far as I can tell from the

So the blame goes to America for being lazy and shallow and myopic and, in about half of the vote for Trump, deplorable. Sorry your party needed the Dems to “help you out” to not vote for this man. Apparently republican hand were forced to vote for Trump because hillary’s Personality didn’t suit their taste, despite her policy positions very much in line with most of America’s. REagan would have voted for her.

So you would have voted for Joe Biden instead even though from a policy perspective he would have been almost the exact same president? Whatever helps you sleep at night, principled conservative.

"Principled" conservatives should have been able to find a reason not to vote for Trump and shouldn't need to be relied on by Democrats as they put forth their own candidates. If your point truly has any merit lets see those principled conservatives drop the hammer on Trump politics in the midterms.
