Trump Committed Tax Fraud & Insurance Fraud & Bank Fraud

The current IRS Commissioner was a very successful tax attorney in private practice in California.

So does the directive that gives the Committee the right see the returns of any American just not apply to our dear CiC?

I think the argument is that Trump is above the law.

Chuck Todd: Is it problematic that Trump doesn't want to release his tax returns?
Mitt Romney: Can you believe these Democrats, amiright?

Mitt is right. Weaponizing the IRS is something we should all be wary of. I'd rather a law be passed mandating the disclosure of all tax returns by elected officials.

Whether he should be required to release them or not, the fact that his supporters believed for 2 years that the only reason he wasn't showing them was because of an audit is just pathetic. It's obvious he was just lying through his teeth, and yet his cronies don't care.

This is why candidates release their tax returns, so basic transparency isn’t a partisan issue.

Rubes love to be lied to repeatedly.

Yeah, this.

And Trump probably doesn't understand that he's probably just in a negotiation with the IRS over somecomplicated tax shit, rather than a full-blown audit. He's really that stupid.

The law doesn't apply to Trump and he hired an AG who agrees with that position.

Yeah, this.

Don't even give him that much credit. He's lying. Knowingly. There is no way his taxes for the last 10 years are still caught up in some review, be it an audit or "complicated tax shit."
