Once you read the full article, it probably is. Trump filed papers for re-election shortly after taking office. Most of the money was rent for campaign office space for four years in Trump Tower, expensive Manhattan property. That kind of arrangement is legal under campaign finance rules.
 
But I’ve been told that the conservative hacks on the SCOTUS would protect Trump
