ANTIFA is a tiny, tiny organization. It's not mainstream. It's not supported by Dems or liberals and excuses aren't made for it.

Why won't you address the fact that Stephen Miller lists Neo-Nazi, white supremacist Richard Spencer as his mentor and that Miller is a senior policy adviser to Trump?

Why you don't address the fact that Nazi Sebastian Gorka is still working as a surrogate for Trump? I'm not saying he thinks like a Nazi. I'm saying he IS a Nazi. He wore Nazi clothing to the WH. He wore the highest medal Hungarian Nazis have been giving out since the 1930s. How do you justify his continuing use by Trump?

How can anyone be a "fine person" if they stay in a group that screams "Sieg Heil"? "White Power"? The Nazi credo of "Blood and Soil"? How can you be a fine person and travel to be part of such a group?

The mission of antifa (short for anti fascists) is to dox fascists and show up with numbers to fight fascist violence. What about that do you disagree with?

Yes, anti fascism was pretty prominent to fight Nazis and European fascism.

13 incidents in the article linked by Louis (out of 201) were attributed to Left Wing activists. One was an anarchist (arguably extreme right wing, but what evs), 1 was from Occupy, 1 was an unaffiliated fire bombing of a Republican county office, 1 was an environmentalist, and 9 were animal rights activists. I didn't take the time to look through all the incidents on the map but approximately 124 right wing extremists and the rest were Islamists (~65 incidents). Not a single AntiFa incident was classified as an act of terrorism in that database.

About 6 hours ago, a Russian journalist had an AMA on Reddit. He was asked about troll farms. His answers indicate that they are wide-spread.

Let's go point by point: 1) Russia has a lot more than one, I uncovered one massive operation myself (1, 2 ), run by the Moscow city hall. It includes both traditional social media campaigns where hundreds of "volunteers" post pro-mayor messages on Twitter and Vkontakte, Russia's domestic social network, and a whole galaxy of identical, centrally managed news websites whose goal is to game the algorithms of the national news aggregator, Yandex. Many regional governments have smaller but similar operations.

2) The goal is to promote the government's causes, creating the illusion of widespread support, and to drown out the critics.

3) They are pervasive, but not terribly effective, just annoying. Most people are aware of them and have learned to ignore or ridicule the very obviously pro-government messages they are seeing on social media.
