It's wrong if the father is back in a foreign country for sure. Trump's EO would not make having a baby illegal, it would just make the baby an illegal, like its mother. There's probably something in there about charging for the delivery room and doctor and anesthesiologist and three nurses too.

Madison, Monroe, etc., were obviously psychics. They foresaw 50M sniper rifles, the ability to shoot 100 rounds without reloading, easily convertible assault rifles and handguns and more.
