Geez RJ, c'mon man. He can't do this by EO - it would lose quickly in court - even in front of Kavanaugh. He's just using anchor babies and dangerous caravans as wedge issues for the midterm to get the base stoked up. Much better for his team if the press is discussing aliens than health care.

What are you talking about? Ethno-nationalism and racism are adjacent, at least. What is so difficult for you to understand? If you're looking for the "victim mindset", look for the people sending troops to "defend" the border.

Pretty sure GTB is only 2-years old, so "ethno-nationalism" is a bit of an advanced concept.
 
Trump had Dennis Rodman and Herschel Walker on his show and they did very well. He fired the Kardashian girl for leaving and going back to LA to handle a DWI situation. He has no respect for criminals and those who drive drunk. He feels similarly about those who have broken the laws of this nation and does not believe we should reward their children with due to their mother's illegal presence here in one of our delivery rooms.
 
It's based in racism, but the reason he's doing it now is purely due to the midterms next week. Trump is apparently convinced that immigration is a winning issue for him and the GOP, so he's doing everything he can to stir up his base by attacking immigrants and turning immigration into the dominant issue in the last week before the elections. So, he's issuing this patently ridiculous executive order, which will not hold up in court, to gin up the Trumpites. It's also a diversionary tactic to get the public's attention off the mass shootings and mail bombs in the past week - initial polling seems to suggest his "response" to the shootings and bombs have hurt his approval rating, and perhaps given the Dems some momentum going into the final week. So, off we go on another diversion attempt, this time against immigrants.

Can you imagine if Barack Obama had declared that he was going to use an executive order to declare that the 2nd amendment didn't cover assault rifles?
