I’m not in tune with who is hosting what for who though.

We really need to reform the process. Funding campaigns is a minefield especially when the expectation is to raise money for an entire year before any actual election.

As I see it, and this piece captures it more coherently than I can, it's a failure of strategy to be taking big donor money as a Dem in 2019.
 
You could make one of those flowcharts for “Will PH criticize Mayo Pete?” and all roads lead to “cheap shot” or “everyone does it” or “policy doesn’t matter” but never to “Yes.”
 
Campaign fundraising doesn't have to be a minefield. There are blueprints, the two best fundraisers in Democratic politics right now, who do it without big money.

Nope, but I wouldn't make a lot of the claims that I confidently do if I actually didn't know who was bankrolling my candidate's campaign. See below.

I feel like anytime someone may be inclined to side with Pete, all they need to do is watch the Mayor Pete campaign dance videos and they should be cured of that impulse
