2020 Democratic Presidential Nominees

Most cops are OK, but unlike you, I could be open to negotiating that.

I am going back to not posting on this thread. I am just making enemies with my fellow BernieBros and seem to be sparking the infighting that I think Dems need to minimize and avoid. Have fun Gents. I hope Warren gets the nomination.

I love how ageism is just openly celebrated and promoted on the boards. #progressive.

What's more ironic is boomers had a mantra in the 60/70s, "Don't trust anyone over 30."

Millennials can't even come up with an original concept for their outrage.

obvious sarcasm...

Would you like an orange slice and participation trophy?

Mocking antivaxxers unites us all, doesn't it?

I'm pretty sure jesus would be pro vaccine. Would have saved him a ton of time for other pursuits.

Sure, the primaries are not the time for pragmatism, but they are also not a time for dickish divisiveness.

Ultimately all that the Dem candidates disagree on are tactics and timeline, not the core objectives.

It turns out timing and tactics are a pretty important part of achieving objectives.

Makes sense the best chance for progressives to push a bold agenda is by winning a primary that results in going against Trump. Trump vs a progressive means everyone is like we already had a taste of the shit sandwich we will give something new a try, and ChrisL votes for a progressive. Return to normal politics and running against a normal Republican ChrisL stays home or is swayed the republican doesn’t look so bad compared to socialist Bernie’s free stuff policy.

Dork? Yes. White? Yes. Cult? No.

Again, I think using the common understanding of "cult," we could criticize the following of any major politician, so it's weird to take that approach with one and not the others.

Not at all. Democrats generally don't like their politicians like that anyway. And while Republicans fall in line, what's happening with Trump is unique.

OP wasn't talking about Trump though, so add another "cultish" following to the list I guess.
