When do they announce the non elite bowls? Is it after 3 hours of talking about Playoffs?

Shocking turn of events. Wonder if Wake was needed for Detroit. It is confirmed that Big 10 team will play ACC there.
 
PlayinG a Big 10 team after Christmas feels a little more important than playing a non p5 school on 12/20.
