Jeffrey Epstein

I was talking with a friend mine this afternoon after seeing the Trump/Epstein video and told him the big looked a lot like basketball player/Rhodes Scholar/Congressman Tom McMillen. It was just confirmed it's him. Weird...
 
This whole things has made me realize that sex robots can’t be invented fast enough.

I’ve seen a few opinion pieces about the moral dilemma of allowing sex dolls or fake child porn. It may help save children from sex abuse but do we really want a world where it’s acceptable for people for act on their fantasies of having sex with children?

Ugh. Yeah, I have a problem with dolls or robots that are made to look like minors. I can easily envision people starting out with such things and escalating to children. But here's a question - could a Warren Jeffs type claim it's a violation of his freedom of his religious practice to deny him sex robots that resemble teenage girls?

But I was thinking the other day of a potential benefit from sex robots more generally - slowing human population growth. Sex robots could be made so they don't argue with you and don't cease having sex with you after you're married and have kids. A lot of folks may opt for that over real human relationships. And fewer people on the planet would lessen our carbon footprints.

Yep. If all of the names come out, it's going to involve lots of Republicans and Democrats (I personally have no doubt that both Trump and Bill Clinton were involved), as well as prominent corporate figures and entertainment celebrities, and they should all go to jail for a long, long time. Whether they actually will remains in serious doubt, given our two-tiered justice system. If Epstein's full story and actions ever reach the light of day, it will fully expose just how depraved a good deal of America's elite class in many segments of our society really is.

As for Epstein's friends, acquaintances and business associates, he surely has known a ton of rich and famous people from the circles he ran around in. I'm guessing a lot fewer friends and acquaintances since 2008. The key now will be separating out the rich and famous folks who he merely socialized with and those who participated in his predatory sexual practices. It could be a lot of folks, which is why I think he's gonna get got while in jail. I'm sure he's not in general population, but it'll be interesting to see how protected he's going to be.

We are headed that way already. Japan is already there. It's not hard to imagine a near future in which women continue to gain social and economic power and have less need for mediocre men. Marriage rates decline and women invest more time and energy into friendships and careers. Men who refuse to either change their views or adapt in other ways will be left behind and more and more reliant on increasingly realistic pornography.

The issue is that I don't see these mediocre men accepting their new and diminished role, even with realistic porn. A good deal of the anger and violence in our politics and society is being generated by men like that right now. If this scenario turns out to be the case, I would expect escalating violence and mass shootings and political rage into the foreseeable future. It's already happening now.

Shaming them with their name coming out would be enough for me as well as a perp walk. I'd love the slammer as well but that won't happen in a lot of cases.
 
Oh I agree, Highland. And that’s going to increase the gender imbalance. More men will turn to drugs, rape, violence, and hate crimes and more men will go to prison. Women have continued to adapt to the increasing absence of men in public life. We're going to see more co-mothering. Single women have already figured out how to get dinner and dick whenever they want with little commitment and social media and dating apps make it that much easier. Men are going to have to get their acts together.
