Anti-democratic moves by lame duck GOP legislatures

Apparently, "illegitimate" to Republicans across the nation now means a Democratic official duly elected by the voters on a statewide basis. If you're a Dem governor, statewide official, or elected state Supreme Court justice, with a heavily Republican legislature - watch out, because they'll try to strip you of your constitutional powers. They're now trying it in state after state.

No surprise. Once a Democrat won, there was a good deal of speculation that the veto-proof GOP state legislature would move to strip the KY governor of his powers. If it passes, I wonder if he'll appeal to state courts?
