KP Report -- Davidson Wildcats -- 7pm ESPNU Tonight

We haven't played for eleven days and don't play again until Saturday. There's no excuse for Hoard, Chaundee and Brandon not to play at least 32 minutes tonight.
 
Just can't seem to play with intensity for more than 4 or 5 minutes. Manning's substitution patterns don't help. These kids are young, they should be able to play for 15 or 20 minutes. You don't need to pull a kid when he is hot. He pulled Hoard, Brown and Childress to get them rest and we didn't score and when they came back they had cooled off. Some teams play their starters 15-18 minutes a half. You don't need to rest a kid after 10 minutes

I agree, but DM will continue to sit them at just the wrong time. Under Manning Randolph would never had scored 90 some points in three games. When a kid is hot let him play until his arm falls off
 
If the NCAA had any backbone, they'd outlaw this kind of horseshit as a HUGE recruiting advantage for one member school.

In reality, the NCAA has zero backbone and just wants UNC to understand "no hard feelings".
 
Score makes it seem like an awful game. Quick scan of the thread indicates we started "strong" and ended poorly. Are we expecting Davidson to play a lot better in the 2nd or are we just playing better D?

ESPN is the worst. Announcing sucks and the love affair with K is sick. Half the time you don't know who got subbed in or who made the shot or rebound. They are just having their own conversation that we have to listen to about our great recruiting class and how young we are.
