How can you keep a coach whose team is never ready to start the game?

Here's a question about his "guarantee/buyout"- Can he be "demoted" rather than fired? In other words, can they take his coaching job away and make him a Wake employee who supports the athletic department?

If this can happen and he wants to keep coaching, the buyout could be greatly lessened.

Um we were going to get destroyed anyway. DM will make a bigger deal over the Hoard thing to throw some cover on the asskicking.
