And this story about Trump's taxes from 30 years ago is not something that's going to get him in trouble. It just looks bad that he was losing money at a ridiculous rate and didn't pay any taxes.

yeah but he still has a big shiny building, helicopter and gold-plated toilet so he's really rich!

Are we sure that the toilet wasn't simply painted gold?

Are we sure Felix Sater's Russian mob buddies don't really own Trump Tower?

For me, that's the narrative. He's based a large part of his political identity and his qualifications to be president on his business acumen and success, yet now we see that over the period of 10 years his business was hemorrhaging money. The dems could potentially gain a little traction here through undermining the perception that trump is a business genius.

Too bad conservatives don’t care. They just wanna own the libs.

When you can report 1% of the entire country’s losses, you do it! It’s called being number one.

He had a $220,000,000 laundering operation ran by Russian IN Trump Tower and gave them a walk.

Where do you think his money came from?

Anyone who’s posted over a Billion dollars in losses and who relies heavily on loans to float their business/life is a national security risk.

We knew this in 2015. What difference will it make to his base now?

Surely there is some lackey at Deutche that can just grab all his records and load them to the dark web.

His image as a successful businessman was largely created to sell a reality TV show.

And it has, unfortunately, stuck.

Thanks Mark Burnett.

He already spun the “I’m not a shitty businessman im a shrewd tax filer” angle and it did/will work. Republicans think he’s cool for subverting the tax system because they believe all gov funded programs outside of military spending is abhorrent and probably socialist. This shit will help him. This motherfucker is untouchable to these dipshits. Sailor and wrangor and Jhmd and colonel angus will cast a vote for trump in 2020 with a hard on

Yeah anyone paying attention knew he was way more gasbag assclown than genius businessperson. Rubes will just believe these facts to be another left wing attack on his genius.
