Depends on the corporation. High growth corporations generally don't pay a lot of taxes. If your stock is not appreciating in value and you're not investing a lot of money into Capital Improvements then you're pretty much paying the standard tax rate on your book earningsI'm still not sure what you want me to say or how it confirms your world view, but yeah, rich people and big corporations don't pay taxes at a very high rate. People have been speculating that Trump has multiple years that he didn't pay taxes for quite some time.
