AOC taking FDR and Reagan to task for racist policies at SXSW. Full disclosure, FDR has been dead for almost 75 years and thepolicy she's criticizing is from over 80 years ago. Not sure ifthe interrment of Japanese Americans was discussed inthe interview.

Are you arguing home and land ownership from 80 years ago has nothing to do with the present?

That AOC is an actress video is hilarious. I just watched the first bit with the clip from the doc. He doesn't seem to understand that plenty of industries take applications and select someone, not just acting.
 
I think the argument is that we keep judging people based on things that were not even thought about in today’s context, so in that regard the points are being made completely out of context.
 
It's almost like there's a cabal of wicked and greedy people who don't really want us to understand or solve problems in a way that benefits society.
