Brue Pearl

Auburn is absolutely embarrassing Kansas.
Who woulda thunk it?

Noticed that Kansas runs same offense that we do(who would think manning would use self’s offense) that also looked amazingly like our inept offense against a quicker and more athletic team that we have become numb to.

Yes, I'm sure Auburn is really regretting hiring Pearl. I'm sure effing Houston is regretting hiring Kelvin Sampson. God, some of y'all are such donks.

Comparing Sampson to Pearl is ludicrous and shows a lack of understanding of who they are and what they have done.

So you're still holding the thing from 30 years ago against him? Or are you talking about the time he invited Aaron Craft to a freaking cookout and then lied about it? We are such losers.

Gonna be fun you posting that phrase for the next year

Was a crook& still is a crook. Good coach though but there are plenty of guys without his baggage. He is where he needs to be. And yes, lying to the NCAA, your employer and telling your players to lie is inexcusable. He will have Auburn on probation soon enough.

Hate to break it you idiots, but the only way to win in college basketball is to “cheat”. Pearl is an extreme case, but it’s not like the K’s and the Calipari’s of the world haven’t done the exact s ame thing.

If you want to win, you make a deal with a shoe company runner and/or agent, and you pay for a player. That’s how it all works. You can decide for yourself if it’s wrong or not. But that’s the game.

Teams mentioned in these reports are winning a ton of tournament games the NCAA could care less.

Yep. Its an inherently corrupt system.

We're all frauds for pretending that there is any innocence left. For some reason keeping the payments in the shadows makes us all feel better. Its fucking stupid.

That’s not corrupt. That’s simple economics. If you want to hire someone, you pay them.

Pearl isn't even an extreme case. He lied about inviting a recruit to a cookout. Who freaking cares.

Auburn definately paying players. These programs are winning and getting away with it and nobody really cares.

did you compleyely miss the UNC fiasco? after that decision, the ncaa has no backbone, no power. if their product is making them money, they could care less about programs like wake that want to "do it the right way."

count me as 1 that thinks manning is so bad that he is offering things no other schools could...and the recruits are still laughing
