Yeah good catch. The notion that all of these asylum claims are bullshit is bullshit in and of itself.

Has anyone on here actually met an asylum seeker here in the US or another country? Bullshit is the last word I would use to describe these people who are escaping unimaginable horrors that no one on this board can even wrap their heads around (myself included).

Fleeing a country for a better life after watching one of your elementary school aged children get torn in half by a barrel bomb dropped from the sky over Homs is not bullshit. Fleeing a country for a better life after drug cartels threaten to murder your 10 year old son unless he joins their criminal enterprise is not bullshit.
