Congratulations ladies and gentlemen!

Field Hockey, Men's Golf and Women's Tennis teams all recorded perfect (1.000) APR scores for the past year. Great work in the classroom as well as in their athletic endeavors.

Well done. Bringing the true meaning of scholar-athlete to Wake.

Football wasn't far behind at .983.

Pretty darn impressive.
Well done, Deacs!

for those wondering exactly what the APR is, here is the calculation from the NCAA

The APR is calculated as follows:

Each student-athlete receiving athletically related financial aid earns one point for staying in school and one point for being academically eligible.
A team’s total points are divided by points possible and then multiplied by 1,000 to equal the team’s Academic Progress Rate.
In addition to a team’s current-year APR, its rolling four-year APR is also used to determine accountability.

Basketball:
2004-5 978
2005-6 986
2006-7 974
2007-8 963
2008-9 959
2009-10 953
2010-11 939
2011-12 942
2012-13 953
2013-14 959
2014-15 983
2015-16 985
2016-17 975
2017-18 960

One note, these are all multi-year averages so each number is a reflection of that year and the previous three years. In other words, hard to draw too much of a conclusion about the low scores in [Redacted]'s first two years because those would include just as much / more data from Dino's tenure. Manning appears to have inherited a pretty strong APR situation from [Redacted] (the 2010-11 score must have been horrific, which makes sense given everything that happened).
