He is becoming increasing more lawless and dictatorial. What I think now is the House should start an impeachment inquiry in the Fall on multiple crimes from money laundering to obstruction and even breaking Congressional laws. Take the time to do these investigations with each committee with public hearings.
By starting then or even in the new year, the House will be presenting his criminal acts throughout the Spring and Summer. There won't be time to send it to the Senate for a vote. If there's no vote in either chamber, but all the evidence made public, he won't be able to say the Senate cleared him.
